What you should Know before booking an appointment!
Appointment Based Salon:
Your appointment is important to us! As an appointment based salon, your appointment is reserved specifically for you due to the high demand of services, a card on file will be required upon booking to secure your spot. All services are appointment based, except for our UV tanning equipment. Uv Tanning is first come first serve.
We allow for one "whoops" appointment, and will allow you to reschedule your missed appointment without being charged if re-booked within the week (7 days). We know that life happens and things pop up, we want to be as understanding as possible. After that, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, no show to your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late our system will automatically charge 50% of the service price & you may be asked to pre-pay for future appointments.
Please remember that we are extremely booked and busy, our time is valuable and we take exceptional pride in our work and what we do. The integrity of the work we perform to each individual that walks into our salon, is nothing less than what we as professionals get done to ourselves. Our service providers do not get paid when people are not in their chair, kind of like how a car can't drive without gas!
Good Faith Policy:
As always it is our top priority to make sure you are happy with all services provider by our professionals. Our 'good faith' policy is implemented to ensure satisfaction. Please reach out within 24 hours with questions or concerns to prioritize your rectification.
Children & Extra Guests:
For the safety and comfort of the salon and our clients, we kindly request that children and or extra guests do not accompany adults to their scheduled appointments. Our salon environment contains things such as hot wax, sharp tools and expensive equipment that are not safe for unattended children. For their own safety, children should remain at home during your salon visit. We appreciate your understanding and help to maintain a safe, secure and serene atmosphere for everyone.
After Hours:
For those that have hectic or unpredictable schedules and are struggling to fit into their provider's availability, we offer after-hour appointments. Each provider has days and times outside of their regularly scheduled hours to accommodate the clients that need more options. A $30 up-charge paid directly to the provider will be added onto your service cost, on the day of your appointment. After hours appointments cannot be made online, and must be scheduled by calling the salon.
We kindly ask that cell phones be silenced for the entire duration of your appointment, your relaxation is important to us!

We are now offering "silent appointments" to enhance your relaxation experience. We understand that life can get hectic and overwhelming, so we want to provide you with a peaceful oasis where you can disconnect from the outside world. During your appointment, we will provide you with headphones and play soothing music to help you unwind and find tranquility. It's the perfect way to truly pamper yourself and escape the stresses of the day.
